They need to update their amenities. Said there was a pool but it had been closed for more than 5 years which was okay. The room was clean and most of the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.
I had a great experience here! I stayed one night after a concert. We were able to check in a little early, but when we checked in it seemed like housekeeping wasn’t fully finished, which isn’t really their fault since we were early and I didn’t mind. However, when we returned, they had tidied up the place really nice! Beds were super comfortable, haven’t had sleep like that in a while. I felt very safe and it was nice and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an affordable stay in Cincinnati!
My room was clean and comfortable. Recently updated. Staff was very polite. Great location. Close to main arteries into Cincinnati and Ky., stores, restaurants, etc. Nothing fancy, but it works for me. I will be back.
Awesome and friendly staff! I accidentally left my personal belongings in the room i stayed in. Walter and Lee both patiently took my many phone calls trying to track down my missing items. Walter was the Hero of the weekend when he called me to report that my items had been recovered! Thank you so much!
The rooms are clean and remodeled . The sliding barn door was a cool touch. The breakfast is non existent ( pre packaged muffins and coffee) It accomplished what I needed uninterrupted rest which I desperately needed
I recommend you bring your on sheets and towels. Though they were provided, they were very dingy. Beds slept well. Rooms hold lot of moisture that drew gnats. So bring lysol and bug spray. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The hotel it’s self has a great location and is very clean. The price can’t be beat on Priceline. The front desk needs to trained in customer service their mannerisms or lack of is in need of adjustment. Vocabulary and simple basic manners goes a long way!
I love how they have upgrading things in the rooms!!! There is beautiful artwork on the wall. The beds are comfortable and the TV works properly. Everything is kept clean and the property looks nice. They serve coffee and muffins or something in the morning. It was muffins today. I was also able to get ice downstairs which was helpful. There also a few vending machines down there. The staff has been friendly.
